The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to formalize our commitment to the privacy of users of the NOMAD RIDERS website, (the “Website”) operated by NOMAD RIDERS.

The Website’s Privacy Policy and General Conditions form a contractual package. All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in the General Conditions.

As part of the provision of our Site, we process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“RGPD”) and under the conditions set out below.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable physical person. We collect and process personal data exclusively within the framework of providing our Services or communicating about our Services, in strict compliance with the RGPD.

We only collect personal data that are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. As such, you will never be asked to provide any personal data that is considered “sensitive,” such as your racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical, or religious opinions.

By registering on the Website, you authorize us to process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you decline the terms of this Policy, please refrain from using the Website and the Services.

1. When do we collect your personal data and which type of data is collected?

We may collect and retain your personal data, especially when you:

If you have decided to receive emails and messages from us when you create your Account, you will then receive email and alphanumeric messages about our services and promotions. 1.1 Navigation through the Website

Connexion data: Each time you connect to our Website, we collect personal data such as your IP address and your computer’s MAC address, the date and time of connection, as well as information about the browser you use.

Navigation data: We also collect information to identify how you access the website, what pages you visit, and for how long. In this context, we may use Cookies as specified in paragraph 6 below.

1.2 Payment

When paying us to book our services, you agree that we may use external service providers who may collect personal data to enable the smooth operation of credit card payment processing services or any other means of payment and, where applicable, delivery of products or services.

To pay for your purchase, you must provide your billing details as well as in some cases, your payment details, including your credit card number, validity date, security code, and the name of the cardholder in case of payment by credit card.

You may also be asked to provide the name of your telecom operator, the model of your mobile phone, and a valid mobile number so that you can provide purchase instructions directly through your mobile phone.

We keep the details of your payments, as well as the details of the purchases you make. Details of transactions are kept either in our systems or with the external service provider. Such retention shall be for internal purposes, including accounting, compliance, and legal purposes, in accordance with paragraph 5 of this clause.

In order to follow up on any requests you may have with us and to confirm your information, we may use your last name, first name, email address, telephone number, and any other information that you provide to us that is necessary to book one of our services.

2. How do we protect your personal data?

We have put in place technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all your personal data, in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. We ensure an appropriate level of security, taking into account the state of knowledge, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the treatment as well as the risks and their likelihood. However, as no security measures being infallible, we are not able to guarantee absolute security to your personal data.

3. In which cases do we share your personal data?

3.1 Sharing your personal data with third-party companies

When you browse the website, your personal data may be transmitted to external service providers. These third parties provide a service on our behalf and on our behalf in order to enable the smooth operation of credit card and other Services payments. Finally, we may be legally obliged to disclose your personal data and may not object in this case.

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

We will only keep your personal data for the duration necessary to book our services, and ensure follow-up communication on our offers. In any event, we will keep your personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed in accordance with the uses set out in this Charter and in compliance with the laws and regulations.

5. Cookies: How do we use them?

5.1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file that can be deposited in a terminal when consulting an online service with a navigation software. A cookie file allows its issuer, during its validity period, to recognize the relevant terminal each time that terminal accesses digital content containing cookies from the same issuer

6. What are your rights?

Only you have communicated the data in our possession, through the website. You have rights to your personal data. In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and having justified your identity, you have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, the rectification or erasure of these. Moreover, within the limits set by law, you also have the right to object to the processing, to limit it, to decide the postmortem fate of your data, withdraw your consent at any time and the right to the portability of the personal data provided. 7. Can we modify the Privacy Policy?

We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. It is therefore recommended that you consult it regularly.
